  Today the food was a bit cool, especially the fries. The kiosk took the order, but didn't print the receipt. Wasn't a huge deal since it was slow and they just called up the order at the desk. But also slow finally getting the food and missing an apple juice (and including sauces I didn't ask for). Staff is friendly and helpful and kids loved the playroom.

  Well I ordered 2 things. And then I had my order retaken at the pay window. Once I got to the second window I was again asked what I'd ordered & then told there would be a wait. No prob, I pull up into the spot & wait. Ten minutes go by & then I get the manager coming to my car to ask what I was waiting for. Literally the 4th time. He comes back after a few minutes with my burger and fries. I pull out the fries and they're BURNT! Honestly, I'm totally annoyed. I'm sure I'm not the only person who goes to McDonald's for their fries.
