  I visited the store today in a panic. Thought my vape was broken. They fixed it!!! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, overall wicked store and staff!!

  I've been to other vapor stores in the past... (or convenience as they were close by me).
  The juice I like was either not available or the staff weren't very knowledgeable.
  Then one day I remembered about AVALON VAPOR which was where I started yrs ago. SO I found where they were located and started going back there!
  I have to say that the staff are AMAZING!
  Very very friendly and helpful, patient, and know what they are talking about!
  I've been going back ever since eventhough they are alot further away from me and I would DEFINITELY recommend "Avalon Vapor" to anyone!

  I went in tonight for my boyfriend, whose vape wasn't working (difficulty with the hardware). The employee who helped me was remarkable!! I don't have much knowledge when it comes to vaporizers and he was very patient and understanding while helping me. He solved every issue we had and even gave a sample for a lower dose juice to see if it better suited my boyfriends needs. This was by far the best customer service I've ever recieved.
